What is the picnic date?

June 29, 2019 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Is there a rain date?

NO – the picnic grounds are reserved months in advance, therefore our date is set in stone, picnic is held rain or shine.

What is the cost?

Non refundable fee of $20/family before June 19 – after June 19 until day of picnic $25.

How do we pay for the picnic?

PAYPAL or check to Lisa Mushnick will begin in April, her information will be posted to Philly Corgi Picnic website and our Facebook page once registration begins.

Who receives the “profits” from our picnic fees, 50/50 raffle, silent auction and vendor proceeds?

All monies in excess of our expenses go to Corgi Aid. Please see the link to Corgi Aid on our website for their info.

How can I help?

We’ll be looking for volunteers to help with the silent auction, parking, food set up, games and cleanup. Closer to the picnic we’ll have a sign up for volunteers.

Who runs the picnic?

We have an all volunteer committee that has been “running the show” for all of our previous 14 picnics. Names are posted on the picnic website.

Hotel information?

We will have rooms reserved at a reduced rate for those traveling from out of town. Learn more about the hotel reservations.
